Axiom has a continued commitment to assuring the most reliable outcomes for our customers, and in recent years has significantly invested in new facilities, equipment and technology to further our capacity to deliver.
With an investment of over $15 million in state-of-the art equipment and Defence manufacturing capabilities, Axiom Precision Manufacturing’s workshop space has grown five times over since 2019.
Our 10,000 sqm facility is divided into five separate 2,000 sqm workshop spaces. Each workshop can operate as a standalone work area, or opened up to accommodate a larger workshop space.
Our workshop houses over 35 CNC machines, capable of machining up to 3,000mm in length, and turning up to 1450mm in diameter. This capability is matched by our inspection and quality conformance; Axiom operate a suite of automated co-ordinate measuring machines, allowing for inspection of parts up to 3,000mm long to an accuracy of 7 microns.
Axiom Precision Manufacturing’s electronics integration and testing facilities have seen significant development in recent years. Our dedicated 50sqm specialist electro-mechanical systems integration facility is already in place, with plans for a 160sqm clean room in development.
Axiom Precision Manufacturing were engaged by K-TIG to design, develop and manufacture a wire feed delivery system for their advanced robotic TIG welding system.
