STUDENT PATHWAYS AND CAREERS EXPO

We recently had a booth at the Adelaide Student Pathways and Careers Expo. It was great to meet so many young people interested in Manufacturing and our Apprenticeship Program. With our very own in-house Apprentice Master, we offer a foundation for school-based, full-time and adult apprentices to build their skills. Our Apprentices study and work 4 years full time (or equivalent) and on successful completion obtain a Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical). Apprentices complete a combination of study at TAFE SA Regency and work at our Wingfield facility to complete their training contract and certificate qualifications.

We also offer opportunities to year 10, 11 and 12 high school students to complete work experience at our facility in Wingfield. This gives students an opportunity to gain an insight into today’s workforce contexts and discover how manufacturing and mechanical engineering can be a viable and rewarding career path.
